Steel Ball Mill

The ball mill machine is the key equipment for re-crushing the materials after they are primarily crushed. Dry type ball grinding mill is to grind feldspar, glass, dolomite, quartz, silica sand, etc. Using a ceramic lining plate, the raw material could keep high purity. It also could get very fine powder such as 1500 mesh together with air classifier machine.

Working principle

The ball mill machine is mainly composed of the feeding part, discharging part, rotary part, and driving part which includes reducer, small drive gear, electrical machine, and electronic control. The hollow shaft uses steel casting, the inner lining can be dismantled and changed, and the rotary rack wheel uses casting gear hobbing and inside the cylinder, there is wear-resisting lining board which has fine abrasion performance. This machine has a stable operation and reliable performance.
