This spring cone crusher is usually designed to handle a variety of medium and hard ore and rock in different fields such as metallurgy, construction, road construction and chemistry.
Compared with the jaw crusher, the spring cone crusher has the advantages of stable structure, high production efficiency, convenient adjustment and low operating cost. Its spring safety system acts as an overload protection system to allow foreign matter iron to pass through the crushing chamber without damaging the crusher. Both glycerin and water seal modes are used to separate stone powder and lubricating oil for stable and reliable operation. The shape of the crushing chamber depends on the size of the feed. The standard form (PYB) is suitable for medium crushing, and the medium and short form is suitable for fine crushing.
The material is squeezed and crushed between the moving cone and the fixed cone. Therefore, the spring cone crusher is more advanced and efficient than the jaw crusher. Its movable cone is held by a spherical bearing, while the fixed cone is fixed by a suspended vertical shaft which is arranged in the eccentric sleeve of the thrust bearing.
Both the movable cone and the upright shaft are driven by the eccentric bushing. The eccentric bushing is driven by the horizontal shaft and the assembled gear, and the wheel of the conveyor belt is driven directly by the motor through a V-belt. The lower part of the vertical shaft is mounted in an eccentric sleeve. When the eccentric sleeve is rotated, a conical surface is formed. Once the moving cone moves to the vicinity of the fixed cone, the rock and ore will break and the comminuted material will be expelled as the moving cone leaves. In addition, the fixed cone can be moved up and down to adjust the width of the discharge hole.
