Cement Preheater
The suspension preheater is a heat exchange device in a dry rotary kiln system. The dry raw meal is heat exchanged and separated from the hot gas stream from the rotary kiln under suspension. Make full use of the hot enthalpy (or heat) in the hot gas stream discharged from the rotary kiln and the decomposition furnace to heat the raw material, preheat it and partially decompose the carbonate, and then enter the decomposition furnace or the rotary kiln to continue the heating decomposition. Complete the clinker burning task. Therefore, it must have three functions: the gas and solid phases can be fully dispersed and uniformly distributed, the heat is exchanged rapidly, and the separation is efficiently performed. Only by combining these three functions and trying to make it efficient, can we maximize the heat transfer efficiency (or efficiency) and create conditions for high quality, high efficiency, low consumption and stable production of the whole kiln system.
The preheater is divided into a cement rotary kiln preheater and a lime rotary kiln preheater. When the vertical preheater is used together with the rotary kiln, the waste heat of the high temperature flue gas at the kiln tail can be fully utilized, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
The main function of the shaft kiln preheater is to transport the cement raw material or limestone from the upper part to the preheater main body, and simultaneously preheat the preheated material and the hot exhaust gas discharged after calcination. During the preheating process, some of the material is decomposed in the preheater and then pushed into the rotary kiln for calcination by a hydraulic push rod. This calcination process not only greatly shortens the calcination time, but also obtains a high degree of cement and lime products.
