The cement mill is the key equipment for the grinding process of the cement clinker after the crushing process of it. It is mainly used in the cement silicate product industry. After long-term design and manufacture of the cement mill, our company now has a series of cement ball mills with various specifications to meet the different requirements of our customers.
Our company adopts suitable transmission methods according to different specifications. We have brim drive and center drive as transmission form. The cylinder adopts a new type of step lining to increase the grinding area. And it is easily repairable and changeable. The newly designed separate-chambered structure adopts a flexible lifting blade and fixed lifting blade and it is easily fixed and repaired.
The material is uniformly fed into the first chamber of the mill by the feeding device through the hollow shaft of the feeding material. The chamber has stepped lining or corrugated lining, which is filled with steel balls of different specifications. The rotation of the cylinder generates centrifugal force to bring the steel ball to a certain height. After falling, it will hit and grind the material. After the material reaches the rough grinding in the first bin, it enters the second bin through the single-layer partition plate. The bin is embedded with a flat liner with steel balls inside to further grind the material. The powder is discharged through the discharge raft to complete the grinding operation.
